Phaser on passenger side 180 degrees off?

Have a timing job on a 2007 Ford f150, after pulling off the front cover it appears the phaser on the passenger side is 180 degrees off.

The truck started fine before removing the timing cover and ran but sounded like a diesel engine. One guide was totally broken and the other was only half broken.

Do I need to keep rotating the crank until the phasers are close to where they should be before pulling the chains and phasers off? Or am I correct that the passenger side phaser jumped 180 degrees and what recommendations would you have to correct this without using special tools?

Watched the video, I am sure someone has had this same issue and did not have to go the route of removing the roller followers. Was looking for a way to do this without ordering special tools. The guy above has multiple videos on this subject and the videos have great explanations, however most shops do not do 5.4 3V Triton motors everyday, so lets just say I have no access to the special tools, what are my alternatives? Is removing the roller followers necessary or not? And what would be the worst case scenario if you fail to remove the roller followers?
