Hello, I recently was driving my 05 f150 and suddenly had no power, it wouldn't even rev above idle. I limped home and saw codes p2195/p2197 which from what I've read point towards a vacuum leak. I found this fitting on the top of the passenger side intake manifold to be loose. How is this suppose to attach to the intake manifold? It looks like it was just put on with sealant but is that how it comes from the factory? It doesn't look broken. Also, could that vacuum leak cause such an extreme loss of power?

 

Not revving above idle is a problem with the electronic throttle body system.
