Got a 06 f150 5.4 that came in for a no start. Had no fuel pressure, power at the pump. Replaced fuel pump. Simple fix? No. Truck ran for about 30minutes, I shut it off came back from lunch and wouldn’t fire up again. inertia switch triggered. Reset it and it started up, but ran really rough and rich. I have replaced fuel pump, FPCM, pressure sensor, fuel filter. Went in and replaced all 8 injectors thinking a few may be stuck open and also replaced spark plugs because they were soaked.

now here’s were I’m lost because I’ve never seen this before, after I replaced the injectors and plugs it fired up and ran beautiful for about 10 minutes and then I started smelling raw fuel, and it started running rough again. I look under the truck and theres a puddle of fuel, put it in the air while it’s running and there’s fuel spraying out from between the exhaust manifold and head on the passenger side. Double checked that it wasn’t a mis seated injector, everything up top is dry and no signs of fuel, I’ve never seen this happen and would appreciate some ideas, cracked valve? Head? Or injector being held open by a bad circuit?
