4.6 2V what could this sound be ?

This is my 03 f150 4.6 . With about 177k on the dash
haven’t had the truck long . I noticed that every now and then this sound will start . It happens after the truck has been drove and warmed up . If I let it sit for a few hours it will stop . Sometimes I can drive it and it won’t do it all . It’s kinda random .

here’s the video . Any help will be good thanks

The clicking sounds to me like a valve follower. I'd determine which side it's coming from and pull the valve cover. the other noise sounds like a 3V engine and just wild guessing, I suspect it needs new timing chains and tensioner. But, if it were mine, I'd put some engine flush in the oil and see if cleaning the engine helped.

Yep, that's cam followers. Used to be called lifters in OHV engines.
