did you change o2 sensors?
what is the TPS adjusted to?
what was used to clean the MAF?
what spark plugs did you use what did you get them to?
what coil packs did you use?
is this a new development or something that just started happening after a recent modification or incident?

I used maf cleaner but didn't change so I replaced it to o.the 02 sensors seem to be working fine I watch them and my fuel trims to see if there are any anomolys.the long term fuel trim on bank 1 is staying around 26 .that's the bank I was getting a lean code on

because it’s one bank and not both

that eliminates the MAF

have you checked the fuel rails / injectors for blockages / damaged injector wires??

What is the short term fuel trim on bank 1 when it smooths out and when it is revved up? If it is normal when revved up, there may be a vacuum leak. You can carefully use an unlighted propane torch to check for leaks or better yet do a smoke test. Chris Fix has a video where he used a shop vacuum to blow up the exhaust pipe and spray soapy water on the potential vacuum leak areas and look for bubbles. It may be time to get a professional involved.
