5.4L 3V problems

Just recently rebuilt a 5.4 3v for my 2005 f150 ran fine for a week but it suddenly started running rough fixed a few codes but for some reason can not shake power issues. It is sluggish on take off then it runs great between shifting gears but when it shifts the truck bogs down and pops. Any idea what i could do to fix this issue

That's what we recommend - OEM timing components and a Melling oil pump, sounds like you did it right.

Ok hooked it to live data and the timing is over retarding on the throttle instead of advancing. Any suggestions?
