Need Help, Turns Out I Don't Know What I'm Doing

So I have a 2010 5.4 that I thought needed VCT solenoids, the drivers side specifically. It would run rough at idle and smooth out at 800rpm, the shake/rough idle would smooth out if you unplugged the drivers side VCT solenoid. So I replaced the drivers side VCT with a motorcraft replacement. Went to replace the passenger side and had some issue with stripped valve cover screws so put that off until I can get some replacement valve cover screws from Ford. So I went to take it for a test drive and at first it ran perfect, then the rough idle started again along with an oil light and stalling. So I crapped myself and shut the truck down. Made sure no oil was leaking, started it up and it ran fine. Got it back to my house and went to back into my spot and it started sputtering and I barely made it into my spot. Unplugging the VCT's no longer changes the rough idle and the cam position sensors were replaced about a week ago. So I've seen the codes I have separately but was wondering if anyone could narrow down a probable cause for them all to show up at once, give me some ideas to try before I just send it to the shop.

Codes:
P0010
A Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit Open Bank 1

P0016
Crankshaft Position Camshaft Position Correlation Bank 1 Sensor A

P0020
A Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit Open Bank 2

P0130
02 Sensor Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1

P0150
O2 Sensor Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 1

If the oil light came on you possibly need a full timing set and new oil pump. How many miles on the engine and how often do you change the oil, and what oil do you use?
