I have a 2006 F 150 5.4 Triton. It sometimes idles really rough. It was running rough while driving and I took it in. They replaced a passenger side cam sensor and that took care of the problem while driving but it still idles rough intermittently. If I give it a quick shot of throttle it smooths out till it happens again.
