That's probably the camshaft position sensor. There's 2 of them.

Well I pulled the sensor out and the magnet was kinda covered up and the magnet wasn’t showing had to wipe it off , you think that could be this issue why it’s not reading ? It wasn’t oil more like some sludge

also I recorded this video of me turning the crank too see it any damage has been done in the inside . One full turn , is it still good ? I didn’t see any teeth missing till it got back to the gap

i haven’t put anything back together yet because I don’t know if I should try another sensor or just put it back and try it with the sensor cleaned off

New sensors aren't that expensive, I think I'd replace it.

Aftermarket sensors are cheaper, but I'd stick with OEM. Make sure you clean the connector thoroughly.

Yea I went ahead and replaced the sensor and gonna drive it to work the rest of the week , try the relearn procedure and hopefully it works , I’ll keep updated
