Transmission swap...

Have a 96 ford explr transmission wnt out...need to know if 4.6 tranny would fit in 5.o... Also what are compatable options.

Nope, different bellhousing pattern. You will need another Explorer 5.0 transmission out of the same drive type - 2wd or 4wd.
