Hello all i don’t have an F150 yet but my question is about the 4.6 W code intake manifold. I have a 99 E150 with that engine and just yesterday started spraying coolant. This engine is 100% stock with 107k on it. My family had it from new. I removed the transmission tunnel and found this:



it looks like a piece of the aluminum manifold broke off and the bold backed itself out. Again this van is 100% stock and has never been cracked open. Basic maintenance has been done religiously and had zero issues for the last 21 years.. I assume i need a new intake manifold but any ideas as to how that would happen?

any help is greatly appreciated
