My car’s ac went hot, and I had reduced power and my temp sensor was pegged on the c, after some research on the forums I went ahead and tried what worked for most people and spliced into pin 41 and 58. And while I was there threw in a new cut sensor and I was very happy to say that my temp gauge and ac are working however about 24 hrs later the light came back on the first time arround I had code p1289 only now I have p1289 and p0119. The only thing I could thing I messed up was leaving the old wire and plug in there? I did not cut anything as I was told they go to other sensors as well please let me know if u have any ideas thank you
edit: crank times are a little bit longer before I spliced and got new sensor crank times were eternal.
