Heli coil

Have a 4.6 2v and it had blew a plug out and upon installing a new heli coil it fell into the cylinder, and on all the forums most people said it’s not possible to extract it without pulling the head, contrary to what everyone said it can be done with the right tool I made to drive into the heli coil and thread it out through the plug hole which saved time and money of pulling the heads off.

Now you need a Timesert - possibly a Bigsert - to do the job right. Helicoils don't work in these heads.

Torque the plugs to 28 ft/lb to prevent more blowouts.
