Just found out my intake is cracked where the coolant cross over is. Gonna have to change it. It killed my coils on the driver side. Replaced all the coils and plugs. And changed the valve cover gaskets then found the leak. My question is does anyone know of a upgraded intake manifold I could buy. Something better than stock. Maybe even a aluminum one. I have a 2010 Stx single cab with the 4.6 2V. All stock

All you are going to find is plastic. There are aftermarkets available, I don't know if they are any better, or even as good as, OEM. For what they cost, it may be worth trying to repair it.
