2002 F150 COP Recommendations

2002 F150 4.6 148,000 miles. First of all, thanks for all the help you have offered to many in the past. I lurk in the shadows and search for my answers. I threw a misfire code about 3 months ago and replaced the offender with a Motorcraft COP. I am now plagued with a misfire that hasn't thrown a code. I think I should just replace all plugs and COPs. The last time I replaced the Plugs was at 70,000 following the recommendations on this site.

Which COPs are being recommended at this time?

Thanks for the help of this site,

John

Motorcraft SP479 plugs and either Motorcraft, Denso, or Delphi cops. Of the 3, Denso is the least expensive.

Sorry about that - SP493. SP479 is for the 5.4.
