6.6l engine swap 98 F150

I'm considering swapping my 260k 4.6l with a 400 FE from a 76 LTD. CAR WAS A BARN FIND. Only has 44k on motor and C6 tranny. my question is, how can I bypass the wiring, or can I have a harness made for it?
