I just bought a used 2015 Lariat with a lift and 33's on it. Everything worked great except the drivers side would only blow cold air so I brought it to the Ford dealership to fix. They replaced the actuator and it worked but now the check engine light is on and giving codes P0630 and P0315 and the Ford dealership can't seem to figure it out. I brought it back to them twice and today they said it was fixed but when I went to pick it up the light was back on so they want me to bring it back in tomorrow. Now the drives side quit working again and only blows cold air. I'm not sure if it is all connected or what but blend door was working over the weekend but quite again. Other than remote start not working everything else seems to work OK except for check engine light being on. Any ideas or anyone heard of this? I only have one key so not sure if that could affect it or the bigger tires could affect it? The light didn't come on until after Ford connected their tool to it for the blend door.

Sounds to me like a PCM reprogramming may be necessary.

 

From what I was told that is what they tried.
