2010 4.6L 3v changing the spark plugs

I bought my truck in August with 134k on it. It now has 141k and I'd like to get the spark plugs changed. Has anyone had any issues with doing? I have a shudder and was told it was the plugs, I've also been told it's the torque converter not engaging. I figured the plugs would be the cheaper thing to try first. Any input is greatly appreciated, thank you. Also the truck is the stx model, not sure if that'll play any roll.

Relatively easy and straightforward. Replace the COP boots and springs too.

Plugs: Motorcraft SP509
Boots and springs for VIN code 8, brown boots
