5.4 Triton
.Does anyone know if any other head will fit on a 2007 5.4 triton. Such as a 5.0. Without having to change out computer module?
My 2007 Lincoln MK LT blew a head gasket and I'm wondering if I could put a higher performance head on it since I'm going to have to remove existing one.
