ok long story short, 2003 f250 super crew, 5.4l 2v. blew head gasket on passenger side rear cylinder, blowing water out exhaust. pulled motor from the truck and had the heads sent to be checked. got heads back shop reverse mounted cam shaft on passenger side head, i know the timing is out now. my question is how do i set up the timing blind with no idea of valve positions. shop corrected cam shaft but need to figure out where / how to set valve timing on heads before installing on motor so that i can have them lined up and ready to be installed when the crank on the motor is at top dead center. pictures would be extremely helpful if you have them as a visual reference for me to compare to. any questions just ask.
