1997 4.6 wont start

I was in a drivetru the other day and shifted my truck into park. then once I shifted back to drive it just died and wont start back up. I have replaced the battery, multiple relays and fuses, and the fuel filter. The engine is getting fuel and the fuel shutoff switch has not been triggered. Is there anything else I am forgetting? It turns over and starts sometimes but just dies instently.

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge, it has to be at least 28 psi to start. Gauges can be borrowed or rented from most parts stores. Use an inductive tester on a plug wire and see if it's getting spark.

Does it have ENOUGH pressure? Will it keep running if you give it a little gas? Any OBD2 codes?
