2010 4.6 very loud knock

Exclamation 2010 4.6 very loud knock

i was driving down the road the other day and herd a tick very faint so i parked the truck at home starting it the next morning it had a very very loud knock i took vale covers off expecting to find a bent rod or broken arm yes its a very loud knock but everything seems great and in place timing, rods, arm, elct,.... im not sure what els to look for it runs normal just that loud knock my check engine light also came on when this happened but all i got was lean codes im stumped

2 valve or 3 valve? Please post the exact codes by P-number.

3 valve codes were P0174 P0174 P P0171 P0130

Check those codes again please - you have P0174 twice and a P nothing.

Ok, that's a stored P0174 plus a pending P0174.

You are lean both banks and have a possible bad O2 sensor in the front on the passenger side.

Hopefully, the knocking is just a bad phaser. Lean is usually a vacuum leak. How many miles on the engine?

300k i thought it might be the phaser but its so loud compared to what iv herd and coming from the rear not front like i said it runs great has full power the tuck is loud and you can here this knock over the truck literally sounds like someone hammering on metal
