Fuel injector went bad and threw a few codes. I replaced the FI and still had a bit of a miss so I just replaced the plugs (put Motorcrafts back in it) and replaces the springs and boots.

I didn't have the codes cleared. Should I have?

Should I do the jumper trick and reset the computer?

 

Are we supposed to guess what you're working on?

Generally, disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes will do the trick for anything over about 10 years old.
