Can some one help in in locating some new heads for my 06 F-150 5.4 3V, id like to buy some that are already assembled if possible or performance built with cams stage 1 any help will be appreciated.

 

you don't mention if your truck is flex-fuel or not so I guessed it was not, I found these results at my local parts stores for replacement heads:

Of course these are all stock heads, Summit might offer a performance head assembled but I'm not sure.
