Need help or opinions

Have a 2006 f150 5.4 with182K on it. Recently replaced the drivers side cam phaser. New one started truck up and ran worse then before i fixed it. Figured the chain guide was broken so i torn it down and there was no chain guide on drivers side just the one where tensioner is. Dropped the oil pan and cleaned all the broken pieces out of it and clean the oil pick up tube. Replaced timing chains, crankshaft gear new guides and tensioners, oil pump and replaced oil pan gasket and the gasket behind oil filter. Torqued everything down to oem spec and closed it up. All parts replace are oem purchased from the local ford dealer. Started the truck up and it ran like a new truck and no engine light. Next morning i started it up to go to work and didn't get half way down the street before it started to spit and shutter shaking as if it jumped time again. Removed valve covers again and the timing did NOT JUMP double links on L and R phaser and the timing mark is at TDC the cel came on with codes po 171 and 175 any thoughts on what it could be????

Have you looked up the code descriptions?
The 171 175 seem like you made a mistake reporting because one is a rich code and one a lean code.
Re check and let us know.
