Engine part

I have a question about an engine component. I have a 99 F150 XLT 4x4. When I got under it last weekend to change the oil I noticed a wet hose. The hose is coming out of what looks like the power steering pump, but I'm not sure thats what it is. If you're under the truck, on the drivers side, there is a component that is driven by the belt. Can anyone tell me what this part my be. The fluid that is leaking is red. It's not leaking to the point of dripping, but it is making the hose wet.

I apologize if this is confusing!!

Thanks,
Roland

HI!... Yes that is the power steering pump. It should have a aluminum body and a black pulley that's about 5 inches in diameter. Hope this helps you out.
