Hey everyone, the top end on my 5.4l failed. So I installed all new parts except for valves and valve springs:

Phasers
Timing chain kit
Ford racing high output oil pump
lash adjusters
rockers
Comp stage II XFI NSR cams.

Now the problem I am having is that the entire left bank is dead. It starts and runs solely on the right bank. It has thrown two codes:

P0345-camshaft position sensor circuit malfunction bank 2
P0349-camshaft position sensor A circuit intermittent bank 2

Any Ideas?????

Yes left bank timing is not right. When you reinstalled the timing chain you didn't have it set on the timing marks properly. A compression test will verify this.
