getting po353 issue changed coil still same problem missing on 2 and six first eng was 4.6 Windsor replaced it with a romeo 4.6 do I need an ecm change also? runs and starts fine,ford said blown coil grounded out and probably fried the ecm do I need to program ecm for a expedition or an f150 or does it matter,any help would be very much appreciated.
