First time Ford owner

OK I have replaced coils and plugs on 2001 f 150 5.4 and I still have a shutterr problem all the way from 1st gear on up but if I back off of the gas it rides smooth there's this fine line in which it will throw the truck forward and backwardas if somebody is tugging on it from behind please help !

What brand coils and plugs? Did you use dielectric grease in the boots? Coils fully seated on the plugs, connectors properly connected?

A scan tool that read live misfire counts is so good. Other then that its process of elimination. Motor craft plugs are the baseline. Cheap coils can fail out of the box.. Again Motor craft parts..

Clean your MAF and check all your injector connections as well.
