Hello again,
Need a good photo of the accelerator cable where it first comes in contact with the engine just beneath the plastic shroud. It is held in place some how there and since mine is broken not sure what if anything is serviceable. It does appear that cable outer sheath has cracked and I know have a hose clamp holding the two sections of cable sheath together. Not real happy with this rub Goldberg fix, although it has been this way for years.
