Engine turns over - will not start!

I have an 07 F-150 Lariat w/ 5.4 triton. Engine light came on - misfire on cylinder #1. Continued to drive it - 2 weeks later it stalled while driving and had it towed home. Truck will turn over but not fire. Old plug came out easy so I changed it. Noticed carbon track on old plug, tried new coil pack/boot. Tested old coil pack and boot and have plenty of spark. Can smell gas coming from air cleaner assembly from trying to start truck. Did not have starter fluid so sprayed WD-40 and tried to start - nothing. Looked at FPCM above spare tire. It has been previously replaced, did not look corroded/damaged. Took Ohms reading from the injectors on that side of motor, they were all the same.

Any ideas? I have no idea what to check next.

Fuel pump roll over switch, above pass side kick panel may have tripped off, Fuel pump relay?? make sure FPCM above spare tire has spacer installed. ( see space between frame and module) if not remove and check it.

Thanks for the reply Revbiker. Roll over switch has been checked, I did not check the fuel pump relay, (will check when I get home) the FPCM has the spacers.

the only way you can do any diagnosis on the 04+ trucks is if you go out and get a good scan tool. Fact is you just HAVE to have one to do just about anything. You need a fuel pressure check and for that a scan tool is needed.

Used the scanner at parts store to get the original code of the misfire, cylinder 1. I do not have access to scanner near my house, that's why I've been trying to chase this down.

What he's saying is you need a scan tool to read out the fuel pressure, and parts store scanners aren't that capable.
