5.4 cam chain replacement mileage?

hello,
I have a 2002 supercrew, I bought new and have always maintained it. mileage is at 125,000. Absolutely No issues with motor, runs great, starts great, No noises. I was looking under the hood the other day, and started wondering what mileage might be 'normal' for cam chain replacement on a well maintained 5.4? I've had a couple 4.9's and 351's and know the timing chain or gear would be close to 'giving up' at my present mileage, but have no Real experience on these 'new' motors. Any thoughts or tips are appreciated.
thanks,
Mike Kelly

These chains can last the life of the vehicle.
