The truck is throwing four codes,P0113 p0118 p0135 p0155. From what i can tell these are the only 4 sensors on the same line. I checked the ECT connection, i am not getting voltage, showing a ground resistance tho. I found a blown 20a mini fuse (unsure of number, it was located in a small fuse block between the firewall and the main fuse block), replaced it and no change.
Live data on the temp sensors shows them pegged at -40.
I do not have a manual but from what i found online, my main focus was on fuse 20 or 3, both appear to be good. Before i start ripping into the harness checking for broken wires i was hoping someone might have a insight onto what else it may be.
The two 02 sensor heaters are one one fused circuit (along with a number of other sensors).
The two temperature sensors do not run off a fused circuit, they are supplied the +5VRef power generated internally by the PCM, that same +5VRef is supplied to several other sensors as well as the IAT and the ECT/CHT sensors.
Ok so I found what I believe to be the source of the problem. it looks as if someone cut the wiring harness and did a redneck patch job. there is a disconnected wire that has no home, it is a gray with yellow stripe (might be white stripe) nothing in the immediate area is disconnected and there isn't room for anymore pins in the connector
I looked over the wiring diagrams on chiltons online but I could not locate it.
I did download the manual, it helped tremendously in finding the location of the connector. I browsed through the downloaded manual and the Chilton's manual and I cant seem to locate the wire that has been cut.
