engine swap

Can anyone tell me if I could put a 2007 4.6 romeo into a 2003 f150 that has a 4.6 romeo in it and if so is the computer thats in the truck compatible with the 2007 motor.

Since they are both 2v 4.6, both power improved and both are equipped with COP's, yes. Its a straight engine to engine swap, same ECM.
