emissions crap

OK so I dropped the tank cause I noticed a few things and found a nightmare wrong size rubber hose for the filler neck the return line was pinched and blocked numerous hoses off the charcoal canister were rotted and broken and not even on at all also found a vent that goes inside the tank that's connected to the hose coming from the charcoal canister was broke off bought a new fuel cap and gonna fix all this

Well i dropped the tank and replaced the hoses coming from the charcoal canister and the fuel tank vents replaced and new lines ran it has no codes popping up anymore but however I did notice that when I go to start it it cranks for awhile before it starts I'll crank it for like 10 seconds and then stop and re crank it for another 5 seconds and stop and re crank again and it starts but I'm thinking maybe clogged filter and or a weak pump

Hook up a fuel pressure gauge to the test port on the fuel rail and turn on the key - what do you get for fuel pressure?
