You guys not going to believe this one just could not think of what was wrong, took gear from left hand camshaft and it had RH stamped on it. Put gear from non PI heads that came from engine I bought, everything pretty much fell right in place. Engine rotates smoothly now. Really put out about this. It is such a reputable shop just can't believe I had this much trouble and it wasn't my mistake.

Oh boy next issue. I think it is a knock sensor under the intake. Mustang engine did not have anything in the threaded hole truck has bolt in sensor but the bolt that fits thru sensor is to little to thread in hole. Bolt big enough to thread in hole will not go thru sensor. Of course I lost the original bolt. Asked Napa about knock sensor for 02 F150 4.6 they said it did not have one? Has anyone ran into this?

Back on this project. Gonna have to get some sort of double stud with one size to go into threaded hole with stud sticking up to bolt sensor to with nut. Engine still turns well gonna put harmonica balancer on and spin with remote starter before going any farther. Have not had battery in truck for some time, does anyone know if this will effect anything?
