Yes, Another Timing Chain Question

Yes, Another Timing Chain Question
A well discussed topic and I've read most.
01 screw 4.6L 2wd
I bought off eBay the OTC 6487 Cam Tool Service Set for $30.00
If I understand the kit correctly 2 items are for pre 1997 (cam postioning tool). Two are for 1997 to current (cam holding tool, the other cam postioning tool).
Question: If I'm replacing both chains, sprockets and guides why aren't there 2 holding tools (one for each side)? Don't you need to lock down both cams before removing?
Obviously (apprently not to me) I'm missing something hence why I'm here.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Sorry you purchased the cam tool kit...you don't need it. Here is a much easier way to accomplish the timing of these engines..
