I got 166,000 miles on my truck. It rattles after its been sitting for a while when you first start it for about 3 seconds. After that it goes away with no additional noise while it running. I do use the recommended motor raft oil and filter. How do I know if its the cam phasers or chain tensioners? I read it could be either or. Thanks.

 

my 03 king ranch did that for all the 77,000 miles i had it.. It would do it when it was real cold or had been sitting a while.. Never worried about it and it never got worse..

 

Well I would like to fix it. It Annoys me.
