Question Hose needed.

Anyone hear of a hose that is 5/8 on one end and 3/8 on the other? I am trying to find one and have had no luck at all. Btw the hose will be used for a pcv hose.

Can't think of any that are single piece. Dealer has them for about $20 If I remember

Just get the 97 assembly PCV assembly. It's a plastic hardline w/the correct elbow adapter on the end. Like this, -

Some have insulators as well. I'd get the kit because usually, -when something wears within that system, the other parts in line, aren't far behind. The plastic tubes eventually become brittle and crack. Yea, it will probably crack when your installing that new rubber elbow lol.

Problem is that Troyer put a screw in pcv into the valve cover and it uses a 5/8 hose. I'm trying to connect that to a 3/8 hose that runs to back of intake.

Yea, you need an offset or reducer then. They have those "transitional barbs" or "reducing barbs" within vacuum accessories. They're usually the white plastic type, but are for vacuum systems. Yea, just use plastic or brass for that... Plastics better. Also called "barbed fittings".

Going to see if I can remove adapter for screw in pcv and put the grommet back in so I can just go with stock setup. We will see what happens I guess.
