2000 ford excursion 4x4 engine 5.4

i change the spark plugs , oil change , gas filter , oil filter and while i be drivin it something is not right when it hits 30 steady or 65 it feels like shaking until i press the gas pedal and it goes away i wanna know wast wrong

It probably needs one or more coils. When you changed the spark plugs, what brand did you use and did you use dielectric grease in the coil boots? How many miles are on it?

i use the originals from the dealership and it has 193 000 and i didnt use dielectric grease the spark plugs are motorcraft wat u suggest me to use for better torque

You should have used grease, pull them off, inspect for damage, and reinstall them with a small amount of grease in the boots. If that doesn't help, I'd replace them all because trying to find which one or ones are weak is a pain.

Those are OEM, and less than half the price of the dealer or parts store.

Motorcrafts are the best plugs, aftermarket plugs and/or coils will not increase your torque one bit.

If those are the original boots, the heat has probably made them subject to cracks. I would replace all the boots. And use dielectric grease.

well i jst install a max energy hypertech on it and i think the problem is gone

Not a very good programmer. You haven't fixed the problem, all you did was mask it.

Nope. You are just hiding the problem, you have to find out what is actually CAUSING it and fix it.
