1st time here
Crash-
Welcome !!! I'm glad to see you are here as well now. I have found that there are quite a bit of differences between the members here vs SN. Alot less arguing over stupid things. The people here are interested in you and what you have to say, on SN, most of them are set in their ways and are really just bragging. I have also found that these folks, for the most part, love their ECM chips (except Hypertech), and acknowledge that high octane does not, by itself, equal higher power (both I have found not to be the case on SN). The people here are much friendlier. I really think you will enjoy this site.
Everyone else-
Crash will be a great asset to this site. He is very smart and experienced in automotive repair. He knows his stuff.
Take care,
-Chris

BBBBRRRRRGGGGGHHHH!!!!!!
I think the ice is broken now. Whew! Hey PKRWUD! What's up! I see you spend alot of time here too!
I was thinking about what that CARSCOPE guru said...ISUZU RODEO!!!!!???????!!!!!!?????
Sorry. But seriously, he said the F-150 set is generally older and more mature. hehehe! I may grow old, but I refuse to grow up!
I am not in for arguing either. It gets old. If I have an opinion or thought, I will state it as such.
It has been rumored the 4.6 has been detuned about 20% by design. I feel the Triton is detuned by a much larger number. With everyone's help, I intend to reduce the handicap.
Thanks for the warm welcome everyone, and thanks for the compliment, Chris!

Crash1, welcome to the site! If you are serious about building your own air raid, then you MUST speak with NEAL "the horsepower freak!" or is that HOSERpower? oh well, did just that, built his own. Neal is the resident "do it yourself means building it too!" guy and he has alot of information about doing any mods! He's Canadian, so just say EH? alot. ok? eh?
I didn't add the air raid, but I did put in a K&N filter, that is the minimum anyone should do, imho.

Crash, for a free mod which I am going to try this weekend, you should side gap your plugs!
There is a thread which discusses this, and gives you the instructions and pictures as well! ITS FREE!!! WOOOHOOO!! and apparently is really noticeable.
As a mechanic, what do you think about this trick? buy cheap plugs and side gap them!

kmonton99- Thanks! I was wondering if anyone even checked it out. I will be keeping it subtle. I have major plans, *dreaming* but I intend to keep it subtle.
cloaker- I feel it is definitely worth a try. In theory, it makes sense. If it doesn't work, you can always swap back.
