HI!... I was just curious, if anyone makes a bolt on TB for the 5.4/4.6 that is bigger than 75mm. I know EDELBROCK/BBK makes a 75mm unit to replace the stock 70mm, but somebody on the board here had mention HOLLEY makes a 80mm TB. Is it a bolt on replacement? I do realize that the TB elbow would have to be machined to match this but mine has already been ported/polished out to about 80mm. Very time consuming!! I went to HOLLEY's website and the only 80mm TB I can find is the one use in HOLLEY's "THUNDER" supercharger kit for the 5.4. They give no info on this TB, but from the pics I see it does'nt look the same as our stock ones. The body looks like it would bolt up but the linkage looks totally different. If anyone could shed some light on this subject I would be grateful!!!! THANKS!

Hey Neal, not to think you probably haven't already looked at it, but...does the V-10 throttle body look like it might fit? The linkage should be more workable than a S/C version I'm assuming. Just a thought at anyrate.

HI!... LLL : The v-10 uses a totally different TB. It's a dual bore TB. Not a single bore like on the 5.4/4.6. Thanks anyway.
