f150 2002 5.4 Fuel Rail question

Hi, just wanted to be sure about 3 things,

1. in the fuel rail which spring coupler is for the return line? the fatter one right?
2. The return line has little fuel preasure compared to the 40 psi the smaller feedline has, right?
3. Im unsure of the spring coupler size, i read somewhere one was 14mm and the other 11mm, or 5/16 and 3/8, does anybody know the exact size for easier reference?

Im restoring part of the fuel lines with an stainless braided lines,

thanx

You would think the regulator would be on the return line, because when the regulator goes out it floods the engine, since the fuel can't return. If it was on the incoming line and it went out, it would shut the fuel supply off. Now that's my guess LOL, but i'm more than willing to be educated by someone who really knows.
