oil change

well took truck into ford dealer for simple oil change due to the weather i chose not to lay in the drive way. they recommended a flush/cleaner in the crank case with the oil change so i did and when i got it back it ran like, felt like it was missing and had no power so i turned around and returned. service manager took it in and they stated they could not find a problem and no stored codes???????

got back in the truck and drove it and it was now running fine.

could the cleaner have cuased a problem, has anybody had this done????
or did they just leave somethhing undone and not admitting it.

That's pretty normal, it w burning off all the junk that the chemical loosened and cleaned. Same thing happens if you get your fuel system cleaned professionally where the hook chemical to I believe vacume once it burns the junk out its normally fine.
