I recently purchased someone elses project its a high mileage 98 f150 the stock motor was a windsor 4.6 the replacement is a 4.6 romeo out of an 01 crown vic. So far I have solved most of the swap over issues however i am short some fastners. There are NO intake bolts for either engine, one exhaust stud was broken, and i have NO ehxaust manifold to pipe stud nuts(no issues with the heads). I have the PN for the intake bolts but all i am having a hard time finding the any specs on the exhaust mainfold hardware. Anyone know where i can find the exhaust studs and nuts?

Exhaust manifold stud...M8x19-M8x21.7 stud. Torque 10-13 Nm
Exhaust manifold nut...M8x1.25..(13mm Hex Flang) self locking hand start. Torque18-22 Nm
The intake bolts get torqued 20-30 Nm.

Thanks for the reply. The question was about the mainfold to pipe studs though. I took em up to napa and got them.
The mainfold to pipe studs are M10 x 1.5
Intake bolts M8 x 1.25 x 40mm

Right DYNO gave you the specs for manifold bolt-up. The pipe flange studs are 10's which are still to weak IMO. Dorman sells manifold complete hardware kits, and partial kits including the EGR nipple that most 4sixes use. A lot cheaper than purchasing in singularity from the Ford house. At least you didn't find broken pipe flange studs left in the manifolds lol.
BTW- What's T30 reflect ? Just curious, -I think I know lol.

BTW- You may want to inspect the pipe flange threads for damage. They can widen and round off while removing the originals. At times, you have to spin a nut down on the opposite side so you can achieve torque on the flip side without pulling them thru. A little trick that can come in handy re-studding.
