HELP
I have a 1999 f150 4x4. Manual. Vin(w)Romeo engine.
I understand this will be the third engine in this truck...
I recently purchased a 2000 Romeo 4.6 for a swap.
1.Will it work?
2. The engine in the truck has 2 coil packs one on each bank. The new engine(used) has a cop? A coil on each
Plug? How and what should be done?
Elbows deep in removal please help if you know. FYI- the truck was donated. The engine 500.00. Volunteer Fire, Search & Rescue...

Thanks for understanding Ihave zero 5.4 Engines being donated at this time. So that wasnt an option

 

Use the harness in the truck and the coil packs. I don't know offhand if all the rest of the sensors, etc. will directly match up.
