I have a 04 f150 5.4 L, my check engine light came on a few days ago and my truck has been idling rough ever since and sometimes it would shut off at idle. It did this to me today and it wouldn't start back up, it will crank, I tried jumping it but still nothing. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

 

Take it to the dealership. This is the BEST advise for you.

 

If you could retrieve the code there is a possibility we could come up with a starting point. Without it its anyone's guess..
