Post Rough idle and acceleration

My 93 F150, 4.9L (157,000) standard shift, idles and accelerates roughly. Other than that it runs great. The idle is fine for a few minutes after starting.

I've replaced spark plugs, wires, rotor, distributor cap and PVC. I tried fuel injection cleaner.

I bypassed the EGR valve and replaced the oxyen sensor (reinstalled the old sensor because it made no improvement).

Does anyone know what I should try next?

Besides what Chris allready states, I would check your Throttle Body Butterfly valve, They definnately will need cleaned. Take a brush and throttle cleaner and have someone hold the accelerator down(engine Off) and clean all of the black stuff off with a brush around the valve.
