Hey there,
Lately when I've been driving I've noticed once i get to 1600 rpm the truck starts to shake a bit, almost like its misfiring. The way i get rid of this is either slow down a bit or speed up to try to avoid 1600rpm for too long. Any idea what the problem could be?

Yoou may have a misfire. Is this only driving?

 

its only when driving, revving it up in neutral or in park does not cause it

 

5.4? or 4.6? if its the 5.4 I would suspect a bad coil. When was the last plug change. Coil wire or plug.

 

its a 5.4 yeah. I'm not too entirely sure when the last plug change was. It was my dads truck that he lets me drive now. He doesn't know anything about cars what so ever. What would you recommend doing?

 

No check engine light? If it were me I'd replace the plugs with motor craft and I'd get on e-bay and search DG508 for the coils. Viston are Europes version of motor craft and ar sellin for around 170 buck a set. There are cheaper that would be better then what you have.. Go to rock auto to get the plugs.
