Truck Bucking in Overdrive

I have a quick question, I have a 2006 F150 4x4 Scab with the 5.4L My truck is jerking in overdrive when I slowly accelerate. It bucks pretty hard until it downshifts. I dont think it the plugs since I had them changed about 30000 miles ago. I think it may be a coil. No CEL so my question is which coil could it be? Also is it possible that it could just be the boots with the spring gone bad? Whats your thoughts THANKS

What I did was keep it bucking as long as you can and hope that the pcm finds a fault for a particular cylinder and the CEL comes on. Otherwise it's a crap shoot and you should change them all for good measures really.
Fortune has it, when you replace one... just shortly after another will go.
